| Description: Takagi was a member of of the Zen Hokkaido Karafuto Shashin Renmei (All Hokkaido Photo League). In 1929, he won an honors award in a photo contest held by Zen Nihon Shashin Renmei (All Japan Photo League), placing 180 among 1,768 entered prints. He was skilled in printing in bromoil and gelatin silver.
